CEO/ Founder
Our founder and CEO, Karli spent years navigating the thin, precarious line of housing insecurity. Fully understanding that homelessness is not merely the absence of a home; but a profound instability that ripples through every aspect of a person’s life.
Being unhoused affects a person’s health, employment, and well-being. KL Holdings was founded in response to a critical and recurring housing gap. Individuals actively working toward stability often lack access to safe, structured, and affordable shared housing environments.
At KL Holdings, we believe a home is more than just four walls and a roof—it is the foundation upon which a life is rebuilt. Our mission is to provide high-quality, shared living environments that offer more than just shelter; we offer safety, dignity, and a sense of belonging.

From Uncertainty to a Place Called Home
Our company was built from lived experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to housing stability.
The founder of our organization understands firsthand the fear, uncertainty, and vulnerability that come with being at risk of homelessness. Throughout their life, housing insecurity was not a distant issue—it was a personal reality. That journey shaped a powerful mission: to ensure that no one facing hardship is left without a safe, dignified place to call home.
Today, we provide thoughtfully designed shared living spaces that prioritize safety, comfort, affordability, and community. Our housing solutions serve individuals transitioning out of homelessness, including veterans, young adults, working professionals, gig workers, and others striving toward independence. Each home is intentionally structured to foster stability, personal growth, and a sense of belonging.
We partner with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, grant-funded programs, and mission-aligned businesses to extend the impact of their housing resources. Our model allows partners to place clients in secure, well-managed, and supportive environments—ensuring their funding translates into real, measurable outcomes such as housing stability, improved well-being, and successful transitions toward self-sufficiency.
Beyond providing rooms, we create welcoming homes. Our spaces emphasize respect, dignity, and structure, offering residents a foundation to rebuild, recover, and move forward with confidence.
At our core, we believe housing is more than shelter—it is the starting point for opportunity, stability, and hope. Through collaboration, compassion, and proven housing solutions, we are proud to support organizations that are changing lives—and to help create a future where everyone has a safe place to live.
